  4. We have purchased your Sensys eFormExpert Income tax return filing software several years ago (since F.Y. 2007-2008) and have been renewing the subscription every year since. We have also been regular in ensuring that the software has been kept updated – during the tax return season virtually on a daily basis.

    We have recently become aware of a significant error in the software provided by you for preparation and filing of ITR-6 for A.Y. 2019-2020. The error relates to the ITR Form : Manufacturing Account not being reflected in the ITR XML file generated from the Sensys Software in respect of returns filed in the month of September, 2019. Further, in respect of returns filed during the period October – November, 2019, in ITR Form : Trading Account, the field of “OperatingRevenueTotal” in XML file reflects sum total of Sale of Goods, Sale of Services and Other Operating Revenue instead of total of various sub-heads under Other Operating Revenue and the field “SalesGrossReceiptsTotal” does not exist at all in the XML file generated from the Sensys Software. The above error has resulted in incorrect data being uploaded to the tax authorities and over a dozen corporate clients have already received communications from CPC, Bangalore u/s 143(1)(a) proposing additions of several hundreds of crores on account of the above issues in the P&L account. We anticipate that several more corporate clients may receive such communications in the next few days for the same reason.

    All the returns filed by us in ITR-6 for a period of almost 3 months from September to November 2019 have gone through your in-built validation process. Your validation is supposed to be done as per the XML Schema of the income tax department so you need to explain to us how all these returns passed the validation process. Apparently you have now recognized that there was an error during this period and have modified your software since we find today that upon generating a fresh XML, the aforesaid errors no longer exists. All our returns were filed by 30th November, so your subsequent updates have not helped.

    Telephone calls to your support center have not elicited any response, in fact your support team number 66278600 is not reachable since past 1 week. You must send a responsible officer to our office to discuss the solution to this matter. If you or any of your other clients have had any dialogue with CPC Bangalore on this subject and have arrived at a solution acceptable to the tax department, please inform us immediately. Since the proposed additions to the companies taxable income is on the basis of turnover understated, the tax liability on each individual company is far higher that can ever be borne by them and that too because of inaccuracy in your software for which you are solely responsible.

    Please treat this matter as top priority and give it the importance it deserves.

For salary, you have to check slabs of inocme taxe.g. if as per slab upto rs.150000 p.a. salary inocme tax is nilthen you need not to deduct tds from that new employees salary if his annual salary is below rs.150000but if his annual salary will be more than 150000 than you have to check slabs of inocme taxif for above 150000 to 200000 it is 10% than tax will be calulated on 50000 ( 200000-150000). so tax amount will be 10% of 50000 ie. 5000so you have to devided this 5000 in total 12 months installment. i.e. rs.416.66 evey month you have to deduct from his salary as a TDS. if his joing date is in between the year say in may then you have to calcuate toatal salary from may’08 to march’09 on approx basis. then again go thourugh inocme tax slabs. n what amount you get of tax devide in 11 months salary installment. e.g 5000/11 i.e454.54 per month from may’08 salaryyou check with your company. they must having TAN number. if not with them then applied for it. get that number then evey month pay tds in bank by challan what you dedcuting from employees’s salary.thus you are paying inocme tax of employee.you have to file tds return after evey quater to the inocme tax departmentand at the end of the financial year you have to issue form 16 to them. for this you have to collect PAN bank details of employees. it is compulsory now a dayshope you get the satisfied reply form my side i think it is longest answer i have given after joining yahoo question answer
